Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days once order is placed, pending approval and merchandise availability. Business days are Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Orders are shipped from Fountain Valley, CA, Goodyear, AZ and Amazon if you select Buy With Prime on select items. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information.

Below are the shipping method options and cost associated with each order shipment.

U.S. FREE SHIPPING 

Free FedEx Ground Economy Shipping on Orders Over $75 or $50 for NS+ Trail Blazer Members is valid exclusively at Nathan Sports for regular orders of $75 or NS+ exclusive offer of $50 excluding taxes and after any coupons or promotions. Offer is valid for orders shipping within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Eligible customers must select the free shipping option at checkout in order to receive free shipping. NS+ members must be logged into their account to receive their $50 shipping offer. If another shipping option other than Free Standard Shipping is chosen, additional charges will apply. Offer is good for the orders "ship-to" address for domestic travel. A return label will be provided for any product that fails to deliver. Please Note That the Initial Shipping Cost Will NOT be Refunded. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. No cash value. Void where prohibited by law.

AMAZON BUY WITH PRIME

For eligible products on nathansports.com, you may see the option to purchase using Amazon Buy With Prime on a product detail page or at checkout. When you choose Amazon Buy With Prime:

• Orders are processed and fulfilled by Amazon using their Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network, leveraging the same fulfillment infrastructure that supports Prime deliveries on Amazon.com.
• Eligible customers may receive fast, free delivery (typically 1–2 business days), depending on inventory availability and your delivery address. The estimated delivery date is shown during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
• Amazon handles picking, packing, shipping, tracking, and returns for Buy With Prime orders, providing a seamless and trusted fulfillment experience.
• Returns for Buy With Prime orders are processed through Amazon’s return system, and return instructions will be included with your order documentation.
• If your order includes both Buy With Prime items and items fulfilled directly by Nathan Sports, shipments may arrive separately with different carriers and delivery estimates.

MULTI-CHANNEL FULFILLMENT (MCF)

Nathan Sports may use Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) to fulfill certain orders placed on nathansports.com:

• With MCF, Amazon receives inventory from Nathan Sports and picks, packs, ships, and delivers your order using their fulfillment network.
• MCF supports Standard and Expedited delivery options, which may differ from Nathan Sports’ standard shipping methods. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
• Orders fulfilled through MCF may not display the Amazon Prime badge, even though they are shipped using Amazon’s logistics infrastructure.
• Tracking information for Amazon-fulfilled MCF orders is included in your shipping confirmation email.
• If your order contains items fulfilled by both Nathan Sports and Amazon MCF, packages may ship separately and arrive at different times using different carriers.

HAWAII & ALASKA

Ground shipping is not available for deliveries to Hawaii or Alaska. Orders shipping via Two-Day or One-Day service may require an additional one to two business days for delivery.

P.O. BOXES

Orders shipping to P.O. Box addresses are delivered via FedEx Ground Economy, which utilizes USPS for final-mile delivery. Because USPS completes the final leg, expedited shipping options are not available for P.O. Box shipments. Transit times may be longer than standard FedEx Ground deliveries.

APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via FedEx Ground Economy and are transferred to the U.S. Postal Service for military mail delivery. Expedited shipping options are not available, and delivery may take up to 45 days depending on destination and military mail processing.

COLORADO RESIDENTS

As of July 1, 2022, a $0.27 delivery fee is automatically added to purchases. Retailers collect the $0.27 fee on each delivery of taxable goods to a Colorado address. The fee applies to retailers selling taxable tangible goods that are delivered by motor vehicle to Colorado residents and consumers.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS

At this time, Nathan Sports can only ship to valid U.S. addresses. Sorry, we do not ship to internationally.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

Please note that your order may arrive in multiple packages, at no additional cost to you. You will receive separate Shipping Confirmation emails once each individual package is shipped. Your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge once products are processed and shipped.

HOLIDAYS

Nathan Sports observes the following US holidays and orders will not be processed or shipped during these Holidays.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, Nathan Sports cannot be held responsible for any delays in shipping due to factors outside its control, including but not limited to interruptions to service provider networks or weather conditions. Nathan Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
