How do I join NS+ Rewards?

Joining is simple! Sign up by navigating to the Sign-Up page and creating an online account with us. You’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’re in! You earn 25 points just for signing-up.

How do I redeem my NS+ Points?

Points will be available to redeem for rewards during checkout. As a reminder, points cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions.

Note: If the amount of points redeemed is greater than your order total, you will lose the difference in points.

What can I redeem my NS+ Points on?

Points may be redeemed for rewards on all products!

Do my NS+ Points ever expire?

NS+ Points expire 1 year from awarded date.

Why did I not receive any NS+ Points for my uploaded receipt?

Please note that we verify each individual receipt before points are awarded and allow up to 4-5 business days for processing. If your receipt was rejected, it may be due to any of the following reasons:

  • Not an in-store receipt
  • Products purchased were not Nathan Sports
  • Receipt is more than 30 days old
